We started with a desire to bring teppanyaki style cooking to our home kitchen.  After much contemplation over what the best option was for us, The Big Boy was born.  After friends and family had seen what we had created, we decided to bring Big Boy Griddles to others' home kitchens.  Big Boy Griddles is a 100% family owned and operated business founded on strong Midwest values and a belief in Made in America.
