Return Policy

At Big Boy Griddles our first priority it to ensure that our customers purchase the correct griddle for their application, which is why we encourage you to reach out to us if there is any doubt.  Secondly, we want our customers to receive their griddle in the best condition possible.  All orders should be inspected immediately upon delivery for any potential shipping damage.  If there has been shipping damage or we have made an error in processing your order, please contact info@bigboygriddles.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  Tracking information will indicate when your package was delivered.  

Returns of Non Damaged Goods

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt.  You may return an item for any reason.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any returns sent Collect on Delivery will be rejected and we will advise the shipping company to return the package to the sender.

Return or Exchange of Damaged Goods

If there is shipping damage we must receive pictures of all damage to the box, shipping materials and the damaged item.  Do not throw out the packing material.  We'll need you to hang onto all of this so that an insurance claim may be filed.

For damaged items we'll work with you to either replace or refund the item.

Custom Orders

Unless a custom ordered griddle was designed in error on the part of Big Boy Griddles they are not eligible for return.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed in the form they original payment was received.

Shipping Returns

All returns must have a Return Authorization number.  Contact us at info@bigboygriddles.com to get your RA#.  Returns will not be processed without an RA#, and will be rejected. If shipping an item back to Big Boy Griddles it should be packed as well as it was received.  Return shipping must be prepaid.

RA Number should be written on the packing label.

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time until it has been shipped.  Custom orders cannot be canceled if they already have been sent to production.
